About the role

  • Teamlead in field sales for consumer goods marketing in Ratingen. Organizing inventory and training employees while ensuring quality controls and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing product shelving/merchandising according to customer specifications
  • Hiring new employees
  • Onboarding and training employees
  • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions
  • Communicating with employees, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training

  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to make and take responsibility for decisions
  • Acting as a role model with strong motivational skills
  • Category B driving licence (formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field sales and/or team management preferred
