About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organizing merchandise shelving/stocking according to customer specifications
  • Hiring new employees
  • Onboarding and training staff
  • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective measures
  • Communicating with employees, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Valid Class B driving license
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills desirable
  • Practical experience in field sales and/or personnel management preferred
