Responsibilities

Management of the entire sales process: From needs assessment through presentation to successful closing, you handle every step.
Market and opportunity development: You analyze your market, identify opportunities early and use them to win new projects.
Quotation and closing management: You present proposals, support decision-making processes and confidently lead negotiations to success.
Participation in sales initiatives: You support sales campaigns and actively contribute your own ideas for further development.
Process optimization: You provide input to improve internal processes as well as the development of products and services.
Company representation: At trade fairs, events and customer meetings you represent our company professionally and strengthen our market presence.
Requirements
Completed vocational training, ideally with an electrical engineering background, and genuine enthusiasm for technical products
Enjoyment of personal customer contact, presenting and independently selling in the field
Ability to spot opportunities directly at the customer, develop solutions and take responsibility for a sales territory
Quick comprehension and willingness to engage proactively with technical topics
Strong digital and organizational skills, negotiation confidence and a structured, goal-oriented work style
High initiative, reliability and a strong team spirit when collaborating with internal stakeholders
Convincing, professional and personable demeanor at meetings, presentations and events
