About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organize timely merchandise stocking according to customer specifications in your assigned territory
  • Conduct quality checks and initiate corrective actions
  • Recruit and hire new employees
  • Onboard and train employees
  • Communicate with employees, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or equivalent
  • Career changers welcome
  • Independent, customer- and team-oriented working style
  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
  • Ability to act as a role model and motivate others
  • Driving license (Class B; formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Ideally, some practical experience in field service and in supervising employees
