About the role
- enhance the user experience of the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform
- conduct user research, task analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, user-friendly design solutions
- design and prototype responsive user interfaces for SAP Commerce Cloud modules (SmartEdit, Spartacus, Backoffice)
- collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility
- organize and maintain scalable information architecture for commerce workflows
Requirements
- experience designing for complex B2B and B2C commerce environments
- strong proficiency in designing within SAP tools such as SmartEdit, Backoffice, and headless front-end frameworks like Spartacus
