About the role

  • Intern in the Digital Business team at Ajinomoto managing E-Commerce operations. Involves product updates, inventory control, and customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Insert and update product information on the website, including descriptions, images, and prices;
  • Assist with inventory control and monitoring, ensuring that products listed on the website match the physical inventory;
  • Respond to customers via email or service platforms to address questions and issues;
  • Assist in creating website content, such as product descriptions and images;
  • Support the execution of e-commerce campaigns by opening and tracking tickets with partners;
  • Generate and analyze sales and website performance reports to help identify trends and improvement opportunities;
  • Monitor competitor websites to understand their strategies and identify best practices for implementation;
  • Maintain organized area information and corresponding digital folders;
  • Perform website tests to ensure all functionalities are operating correctly;
  • Assist with implementing technical updates and site improvements.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields;
  • Experience in e-commerce and marketing is desirable;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Advanced English is desirable;
  • Familiarity with Adobe Commerce (Magento) and VTEX is desirable;
  • Knowledge of AI tools, Canva, and Outlook.
