Responsibilities
Ensure alignment and connection between segment strategies (Retail, Corporate and Agribusiness).
Identify needs and envision future solutions related to credit products, and liaise with product teams to signal needs and opportunities for software enhancements.
Analyze opportunities in processes, regulations and products linked to the credit cycle.
Promote synergy with related areas (Finance, Risk, and others) to maximize results.
Work in partnership with segment strategic teams, participating in working groups and joint initiatives.
Conduct continuous benchmarking to identify trends and foster innovation.
Connect business needs to the solution ideation journey.
Orchestrate requests and route them to data and business teams.
Use study inputs and data to strengthen strategy and outcomes.
Collaborate with product teams and cross-functional areas, contributing to the evolution of business solutions.
Produce clear and concise materials to communicate deliverables, opportunities and impacts in strategic forums.
Monitor market and legislative developments to identify opportunities and the need for updates and adjustments in strategies, processes and systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in related areas is desirable.
Strong writing skills and ability to synthesize information.
Good communication, mediation and negotiation abilities.
Experience in the credit cycle, financial institutions or cooperative business models is desirable.
Knowledge of the Financial Markets and Credit.
Systemic thinking and experience in project management.
