About the role
- Analyst supporting Managed Accounts operations at Netwealth. Responsible for daily processing, rebalancing activities, and ensuring accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Performing daily checks to ensure models, assets and client accounts are ready for rebalancing
- Preparing and reviewing daily Managed Accounts flow and rebalance reports
- Reviewing and approving orders generated by the rebalancing engine
- Liaising with brokers to execute trades across managed funds, ETFs, ASX-listed and international securities
- Monitoring and processing income and corporate actions
- Managing in-specie transfers into and out of Managed Accounts
- Creating, maintaining and updating models, model managers and fee structures
- Supporting private label set-ups, testing and documentation
- Responding to internal and external queries related to Managed Accounts
- Contributing to system enhancements, user acceptance testing and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in financial services, investments or financial markets
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accurate processing
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
