About the role

  • Logistics Analyst Planner supporting KBR's APS-3 program by developing project plans and improving logistics operations. Collaborating with teams for asset management and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the APS-3 program by developing project plans, integrated schedules, and forecasting tools that strengthen logistics readiness.
  • Coordinate with AFSBn-CHS and program leadership to execute and improve logistics operations.
  • Contributes to asset management and KPI reporting, prepares clear professional documentation, and assists with proposals and cost estimates.
  • Upholds KBR’s Zero Harm safety standards and performs additional duties to meet mission requirements.
  • Assist in the development of APS-3 project plans detailing scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management plans.
  • Participate in the execution, direction, evaluation, and implementation of logistical actions in support of the projects/programs between AFSBn-CHS, Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Operations Manager, and Operations Supervisors.
  • Participate in the development of high-level integrated master schedules in accordance with the requirements or needs of the necessary stakeholders.
  • Refine systems and methods to continually improve schedule forecasts so that the company can better anticipate customer requirements and needs.
  • Participate in the development of asset management products and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reports.
  • Demonstrate strong professional writing skills by producing clear, concise, and well-structured emails, reports, and documentation that effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Participate in preparation of proposals and estimates.
  • Uphold KBR's Zero Harm safety program policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Must obtain and maintain local base access.
  • Must be capable of getting a minimum of a SECRET security clearance.
  • Working knowledge of GCSS-Army and strong computer skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft office suite, particularly MS-Project, MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Power BI
  • Data extraction, manipulation, analysis
  • SQL (Structured Query Language) experience
  • Must be able to stand - between 2 to 3 hours per day.
  • Must be able to walk - between 4 to 5 hours per day.
  • Must be able to Lift - up to 35 lbs. – 50 lbs. periodically.
  • Must be able to squat, kneel, bend, reach and climb periodically.
  • Must be able to work outside and inside in non-climate-controlled environments.
