About the role

  • HR Business Partner at Sicredi involving in performance management and organizational culture. Supporting leaders and employees in a collaborative environment in Porto Alegre.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the People and Culture Business Partner for Sicredi Central South/Southeast in a generalist capacity, supporting leaders and employees on People and Culture topics and leading initiatives related to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, training, and organizational culture management;
  • Serve as a technical reference on People and Culture matters, especially Climate and Engagement Management, participating in Sicredi system projects and rollouts, promoting actions at the Central office and with cooperatives, with a focus on improving result analysis and monitoring action plans;
  • Analyze People and Culture indicators and data to identify opportunities for intervention at the Central office and cooperatives, proposing actions to improve areas that require attention;
  • Support systemic strategic objectives and the goals of the Central South/Southeast by participating in initiatives, working groups, and multidisciplinary teams, building strong relationships to influence strategy execution through People and Culture agendas;
  • Act as a change agent and influence transformation, continuously updating and connecting with market trends in People and Culture through innovative, high-impact actions for the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Education (Pedagogy), or related fields;
  • MBA/Specialization and certifications that contribute to the role are desirable;
  • Generalist experience in People and Culture / People Management / Human Resources;
  • Experience as a Business Partner is desirable;
  • Experience in Organizational Climate Management;
  • The following will be a plus:
  • Experience with Organizational Culture and Cultural Transformation initiatives;
  • Knowledge of HR management tools (Elofy, Sênior, Gupy) and Microsoft tools (Planner, Power BI, etc.);
  • Project management experience;
  • Presentation skills;
  • Knowledge of Strategic Planning and Cooperative Business models.
