Partner Specialist managing training and partner campaigns for SHI, a global IT solutions provider. Collaborating with sales teams and creating content to enhance sales effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Act as a primary subject-matter expert for product, sales, and program information.
Train sales teams on partner products and programs, and how customers can benefit by using their core products.
Conduct conference calls/meetings with Sales teams, manufacturer Sales teams, and customers to sell partner products and solutions.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline on an ongoing basis through CRM and Excel.
Manage and process Partner Deal Registration and/or other strategic pricing programs.
Create and maintain content on internal team sites, including training decks and presentations.
Execute on partner campaigns and initiatives aligning with Sales teams.
Monitor CRM for submitted Deal Registrations request and submit them to the partner.
Stay up to date on new product technology offerings, as well as partner-specific trainings and certifications.
Provide excellent support to both customers and the SHI sales organization.
Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s Degree required.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Willingness to obtain and maintain Partners’ Certifications during employment.
