Responsibilities

  • The National Sales Manager is responsible for building strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Driving revenue growth and converting leads to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the Sales leadership team and cross-functional partners to support strategic initiatives.
  • Maintaining current knowledge about industry developments, competitors, and market trends.
  • Growing booked business by 10% annually and achieving annual sales revenue of four million or greater.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Actively engaging with customers year-round to ensure consultative sales approach.
  • Maintaining all required sales reporting and performance benchmarks via Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of sales experience.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Possess strong business and financial acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.
