Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and procurement teams.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate ROI and safety benefits.
  • Develop and execute a robust sales plan for your territory, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Work with internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Keep ahead of market trends and competitor activity to position Sharpsmart as the preferred partner.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Proven success in field sales or business development selling complex services
  • Results-driven with a strong ability to close deals and deliver against ambitious targets.
  • Skilled communicator and negotiator, comfortable influencing at multiple levels.
  • Organised, proactive, and self-motivated — able to manage your own diary and territory effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
