About the role

  • Senior SEA/Performance Marketing Manager managing five to eight SEA accounts with significant ad spend. Driving marketing strategies and optimizations in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • You manage five to eight SEA accounts with a combined high six-figure annual ad spend
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients' marketing questions
  • Develop search, Shopping, and Display strategies in Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
  • Connect data sources and maintain clean tracking
  • Optimize bidding strategies, ad extensions, and feeds
  • Resolve minor MarTech challenges

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in SEA / PPC / Performance Marketing with e-commerce accounts
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads; Shopping / Performance Max campaigns are your specialty
  • Analytical mindset that presents well in client conversations
  • Clear, precise, and audience-appropriate communication in German
  • Permanent employment — not a freelance/contract position
  • E-commerce and shop system experience is a plus
