About the role
- Intern role in the legal department addressing financial market activities at Sfil. Supporting contract negotiations, regulatory updates, and legal research.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all legal matters related to the bank’s markets activities.
- Provide daily support to the team on all issues handled by the Unit.
- Negotiate contracts and amendments.
- Contribute to updating databases.
- Draft legal memoranda on topics related to the Unit’s activity.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting markets activities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac +5 / M2) in Banking & Financial Law or Business Law with a focus on Financial Law
- A previous successful internship in an investment bank or a law firm where you worked on legal issues related to market operations would be a plus
- Strong knowledge of civil law and financial law, and preferably experience with market activities
- Rigour, autonomy, organizational skills, personal commitment and strong interpersonal abilities
