  • Senior Counsel providing legal support for employment law at RGA. Collaborating globally with HR teams to ensure legal compliance and address employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and communicate with members of the Global Law & Compliance team
  • Develop and implement workplace, employment and benefits policies
  • Support global HR to manage employee relations issues
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and assistance to colleagues
  • Research and analyze legal issues and questions

Requirements

  • Law degree from a US accredited law school
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one US state
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as an employment and employee benefits attorney
