Responsibilities
Drives initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function and interfaces with other functions.

Interfaces with contractors, suppliers, customers, and internal functions.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
Requirements
This role requires advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology.
Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Demonstrated experience in a role related to Power Electronics.
Proven experience designing Jira Software workflows, leveraging JQL, and implementing automation to streamline deployments and issue tracking.
Strong command of Git and distributed version control best practices across GitHub and Bitbucket, plus familiarity with SVN.
