About the role

  • Sales Representative focused on generating leads and building customer relationships for a growing company in the service sector. Engage in networking, cold calling, and collaborate with marketing to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and utilizing a systematic process.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  • Present and sell our products and services, utilizing marketing materials like SERVPRO® Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan to showcase benefits.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis while monitoring and following up on all assigned jobs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new sales strategies, including executing referral and client appreciation activities.
  • Daily Route Preparations Regular meeting attendance and continuing education with Manager.
  • Daily contact preparations and job referral activity.
  • Daily priorities planning, reporting, and administration.
  • Execute Contact Business Development Cycle, documenting progress and developing sales objectives.
  • Conduct Emergency Readiness Program (ERP) presentations, collect ERP data, and present programs to clients.
  • Regular client visits and follow-up to ensure priority readiness.
  • Coordinate continuing education events and marketing/entertainment events.
  • Participate actively in professional association and networking events.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business-to-business sales, ideally within the service sector.
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to succeed and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and travel up to 90% locally.
  • Valid Drivers license and good driving record.
