About the role

  • Sales Representative focusing on managing key accounts with HPE’s Defense Digital solutions. Collaborating with teams to develop and maintain customer relationships in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts, following defined account strategies and plans as part of a larger account team.
  • Sell standard digital solutions either independently or in partnership with field sales teams.
  • Develop account plans for low- to medium-complexity customers.
  • Identify, generate and qualify new leads, passing them to the Inside Sales team where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain a strong, targeted sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ideally in IT, Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years’ relevant work experience—perfect for someone looking to build their career in sales.
  • A foundational understanding of digital products, services, and industry trends.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive approach to relationship building—whether that’s hunting for new opportunities or nurturing existing accounts.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, with the ability to manage customer data effectively.
