About the role

Responsibilities
- Critically analyze the export process from receipt of documents/sales order to arrival at final destination, in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Respond to clients by providing information and assistance.
- Issue LPCO and DUE.
- Prepare shipping documents such as certificates of origin, packing lists, commercial invoices and petitions, according to the client's shipping instructions.
- Request payment from the client, ensuring all expenses related to the export process are covered in the request.
- Enter shipment dates and information into DDBroker to keep the exporter (client) informed of the export process status.
- Contact customs inspection and relevant government agencies to clarify documentation data, forwarding documents for correction when necessary to obtain release for shipment.
- Coordinate the customs clearance process and its stages until the cargo and documents arrive at the final destination and/or cross-border (road) transit.
- Receive documents related to clearance, such as Nota Fiscal (Brazilian tax invoice), shipping instructions and container details.
- Manage documentary negotiations with the bank and/or remittances abroad.
- Request billing for the process by entering data into the system and releasing the case.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree completed.
- Preferred education: Pursuing postgraduate studies.
- Experience in export customs clearance.
- Intermediate English.
- Knowledge of letters of credit.
- Knowledge of special export regimes.
