Responsibilities
Act as a hands‑on Subject Matter Expert on ServiceNow ITSM and related systems, supporting business processes across teams.
Design, develop, integrate, and implement ServiceNow solutions that balance technical excellence with business needs.
Customize ServiceNow features such as workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, dashboards, and reports.
Develop custom JavaScript scripts and integrate ServiceNow with third‑party and enterprise applications.
Own custom integrations to ensure smooth data flow and reliable system interactions.
Build user‑friendly service catalog items with intuitive, end‑to‑end workflow experiences.
Configure workflow administration, manage data imports, and perform data mapping and transformation activities.
Design, code, test, debug, document, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with quality and efficiency in mind.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT support teams to understand requirements and deliver the right solutions.
Participate in design reviews, requirement workshops, and development initiatives focused on automation and continuous improvement.
Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades to keep systems secure and up to date.
Monitor system health, usage, and compliance to ensure stable and reliable ServiceNow operations.
Work directly with ServiceNow Inc. on complex issues, escalations, and alignment with the product roadmap.
Identify meaningful metrics and build ad‑hoc reports to support visibility and informed decision‑making.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
3–5 years of experience working as an Application Developer or Systems Engineer.
At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, and development in a medium or large enterprise environment.
A solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, design principles, and best practices.
Strong experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
The ability to communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and solve complex technical problems.
A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification, with additional ServiceNow certifications considered a plus.
