About the role

  • Teamlead in the field managing merchandising solutions for retail clients in Lübeck area. Responsibilities include organizing stock, staff training, and quality control measures.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing merchandise shelving and stocking according to client specifications
  • Hiring new employees
  • Onboarding and training staff
  • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions
  • Communicating with employees, clients and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (or equivalent)
  • Career changers welcome
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them
  • Lead-by-example mentality and strong motivational skills
  • Driver's license Class B (formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field service and/or team leadership preferred
