About the role

  • Teamlead in field service overseeing warehouse organization and team training for a brand marketing company. Responsible for customer communication and quality control measures.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing merchandise replenishment and shelving according to customer specifications
  • Hiring new employees
  • Onboarding and training employees
  • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions
  • Communicating with employees, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or equivalent
  • Career changers welcome
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them
  • Role model with strong motivational skills
  • Driving licence Class B (formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field service and/or team leadership preferred
