About the role

  • Field organizer in sales for a leading marketing solutions firm providing brand visibility in retail. Responsible for organizing merchandise display and managing new employee training.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing merchandise placement according to client specifications
  • Hiring new employees
  • Onboarding and training employees
  • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions
  • Communicating with employees, clients and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training
  • Career changers welcome
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
  • Ability to act as a role model and motivate others
  • Class B driving license (formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field sales and/or team leadership preferred
