Responsibilities

  • Management and administration of server systems (VM/Windows)
  • Management of storage systems
  • Helpdesk support
  • System administration of the Citrix farm
  • Administration of databases (Microsoft SQL)
  • Support and execution of projects
  • Telephone support for internal customers with technical questions and issues
  • Patch management
  • Client and server backup administration

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in second-level support for networking, server systems and data center operations
  • Commitment, teamwork, strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer-oriented work
  • Valid driving license (Class B)
