Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the timely processing of all business transactions
  • Preparation of outgoing invoices
  • Monitoring accounts receivable open items, collections/dunning and checking and monitoring creditworthiness
  • Verification, preliminary accounting/coding and organization of supplier invoices
  • Maintaining the cash book
  • Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings
  • Preparation of reports and statistics
  • General HR administration and provision of payroll-relevant data
  • Travel expense reporting
  • Certificate administration and personnel statistics (workplace accidents, sick days, etc.)
  • Support in determining personnel provisions
  • Secretarial duties, telephone, mail handling and correspondence as well as support in day-to-day operations
  • Collaboration with central accounting and payroll of the holding company

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Professional experience in general administration or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented, structured approach to work
  • Affinity for numbers, confident demeanor and persistence
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and assertiveness
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
