Responsibilities
Control physical sales versus system and database (paper proposals and sales database);
Update periodic internal reports;
Monitor the process of sending and receiving invoices from accredited partners (receives statements with invoice amounts from the Controls and Indicators area);
Sales recovery;
Handle TSC processes (daily receipt of the TSC spreadsheet sent by the Commercial Service area);
Assist in controlling and ordering materials for POS (receives requests from supervisor/store and submits through SN);
Collect sales data and distribute devices and materials across mobile channels;
Open system tickets (receives requests from supervisor and submits via SN);
Control opening and closing of POS locations (receives requests from supervisor and submits via SN);
Provide support by phone, email or digital channels (such as WhatsApp, internal social networks and online chat);
Place orders and record information in the company system.
Requirements
High school diploma or currently pursuing higher education;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook);
Experience as an administrative assistant and in telephone customer service.
