About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the finance and administrative departments comprising a total of 11 international employees across Controlling, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Group Office Management
- Develop and implement finance-strategic corporate objectives
- Ensure group reporting in compliance with international standards
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
- Manage cash flow with respect to investments and the capital structure for corporate and project financing
- Oversee audits in cooperation with external auditors and tax advisors
- Provide strategic financial information to executive management and the board
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and optimize tax strategies across international jurisdictions
- Support company valuations and potential transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role managing cross-functional finance teams in a multinational environment
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and corporate finance (particularly IFRS and HGB)
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English (min. C1) and German (min. C2) required
