About the role
- FP&A Intern supporting Finance team with hands-on experience in cost analysis and productivity initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders for process optimization in financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in Finance, supporting the Group FP&A Support Functions team
- Activities related to cost analysis, efficiency initiatives, and productivity improvement projects
- Help monitor overhead costs, perform variance analysis, and contribute to process optimization efforts
- Work closely with Group FP&A and cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed at least an undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering
- Demonstrated interest in Finance through academic coursework, university projects, case studies, or student initiatives
- A first work experience—such as a summer internship or a 3–6 month placement—in Finance, FP&A, or data analysis is strongly preferred
- Solid foundational understanding of financial principles, including variance analysis, P&L structure, Cash Flow, Opex and Capex, and related concepts
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Comfortable working with additional data tools and financial systems; basic ERP knowledge and familiarity with Power Pivot and Power Query are strongly preferred
- Strong learning agility, with the ability to quickly adopt new tools, adapt to different systems, and apply theoretical knowledge in practical, real-world situations
- Collaborates effectively within a team, communicates clearly with stakeholders, and demonstrates reliability by meeting deadlines and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
