- You ensure accounting, partners, and the team stay in sync.
- You work with tools like SevDesk, Google Sheets and Drive — and help further develop our processes.
- You coordinate documentation for battery storage projects (e.g., technical documents, project data).
- You find errors before they become costly and build systems that make us scalable.
- If you want: small projects in automation, reporting, and AI-assisted process optimization.
Requirements
- You are structured, reliable and want ownership, not just task lists.
- You can quickly get up to speed with new tools (Sheets, Drive, SevDesk or similar).
- You ask questions when something is unclear and see topics through to completion.
- You enjoy working with numbers, documents and systems — and want to understand how a company really works.
