About the role
- Junior ERP Consultant supporting the implementation of the Haufe X360 ERP system with a focus on finance and accounting. Working closely with clients and consultants to ensure system optimization and training.
Responsibilities
- Support the consulting team in the implementation and further development of the cloud-based ERP system Haufe X360 with a focus on finance and accounting
- Analyze financial and accounting processes and learn to map them within the ERP system
- Participate in requirements analyses and the development of solution proposals
- Assist with ERP system configuration with a focus on finance (e.g., chart of accounts, booking templates, balance imports, etc.)
- Accompany our consultants in testing, data reconciliation and quality assurance tasks
- Support the preparation of documentation and training materials
- Assist users with questions and learn to conduct system training sessions
- Work closely with experienced consultants and receive targeted on-the-job training as well as professional coaching
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, business informatics or a comparable commercial/IT qualification
- Initial practical experience in finance processes or with ERP systems (e.g., internships, working student positions) is a plus
- Good understanding of accounting, financial reporting and finance processes
- Analytical thinking, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for process and system topics
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with clients
- Very good German and good English skills
