About the role

  • Intern supporting blog development and online communication strategies at a consulting firm. Engaging in creative content production and collaboration with the advisor team.

Responsibilities

  • You will help build our blog from the ground up — from topic planning and editorial production to publication and SEO optimization.
  • You will contribute to crafting articles on current topics related to careers, applications, personal development & leadership.
  • You will work closely with our advisory team, bringing workplace topics into the content spotlight and developing them into value-added blog articles.
  • You think in terms of target audiences and have a good sense for content that informs, excites and builds trust in our services.
  • You will support our web and social-media activities with content ideas, copy and visual concepts (website, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • You bring fresh energy to our digital communication and enjoy developing your own ideas further.

Requirements

  • You are studying journalism, communication studies, media studies, PR, German studies or a comparable subject.
  • You have a strong command of language and can write content that is clear, engaging and lively — ideally with a touch of personality.
  • You have a high interest in career topics, the world of work & personal development.
  • You are digitally savvy and preferably have experience with social media and websites, and with SEO — or are eager to learn.
  • You are familiar with using AI — you use it to create content efficiently, solve tasks smartly and support creative processes (if not, you will learn it with us).
  • You work reliably, independently and with an eye for detail.
  • You are excited to contribute to a friendly team and to put your own ideas into practice.

Benefits

  • Responsibility from day one — you will actively help shape a new area and will be fully integrated into the team.
  • Meaningful content — your contributions help real people with real questions about work & careers.
  • Creative freedom — you can experiment, contribute ideas and develop your own formats.
  • Flexibility & trust — remote work possible, flexible hours, flat hierarchies.
  • Team spirit — a collegial, open environment with lots of exchange, humor and room for development.
