Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth recruiting process from job posting to hiring
  • Maintain direct contact with applicants
  • Maintain and prepare recruiting metrics
  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of recruiting events
  • Research creative ideas to further professionalize recruiting

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable degree program
  • Good user-level skills in common MS Office applications
  • Availability for at least six months and enthusiasm for the topics listed above
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Commitment, team orientation, strong communication skills, and an independent, structured way of working
