About the role

  • Payment Operations Mitarbeiter at secupay AG handling payment transactions and cashback processes in a hybrid work environment. Role involves managing payment flows and coordinating with customer service and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing payments as well as escrow funds
  • Prepare and reliably execute payouts
  • Oversee payment operations including escrow accounting entries and invoicing
  • Process business workflows for cashback campaigns and card issuing
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders such as Customer Service and Accounts Receivable/Collections

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of payment operations (SEPA area / international)
  • Understanding of accounting principles and fiduciary/escrow regulations
  • Experience with payment and transaction systems
  • Strong numerical aptitude; structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Willingness to quickly learn new software and systems
  • Ability to work independently, reliable, responsible and resilient
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Good English skills
  • Team player with strong communication skills
