About the role

  • Territory Manager at Secomea responsible for sales growth and cybersecurity solutions in manufacturing. Building customer relationships and executing territory plans across the UK/I region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory plan focused on driving growth and customer success across your region
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Manage your sales pipeline and accurately forecast results
  • Work cross-functionally with presales, marketing, and support teams to deliver customer value
  • Stay current on OT cybersecurity trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Travel within your assigned EMEA region as needed to meet customers and partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling complex, technical or cybersecurity solutions within OT or IT environments
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally within industrial automation, software, or cybersecurity
  • Skilled in consultative selling and familiar with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies
  • A self-starter who takes full ownership of their territory and drives results
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders at both IT and OT levels
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by achieving success in a performance-driven culture
