Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory plan focused on driving growth and customer success across your region
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
Manage your sales pipeline and accurately forecast results
Work cross-functionally with presales, marketing, and support teams to deliver customer value
Stay current on OT cybersecurity trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Travel within your assigned DACH region as needed to meet customers and partners
Requirements
Proven experience selling complex, technical or cybersecurity solutions within OT or IT
5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally within industrial automation, software, or cybersecurity
Skilled in consultative selling and familiar with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies
A self-starter who takes full ownership of their territory and drives results
Confident working with multiple stakeholders at both IT and OT levels
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
