About the role

  • Sênior Analyst implementing strategies for public policies and territorial development at Sebrae RS. Leading client interactions and driving regional business opportunities with public entities.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the public policy and territorial development strategies defined to strengthen Sebrae RS's presence in the region
  • Expand activity coverage across the municipalities in the region
  • Lead strategic actions with clients and partners
  • Provide inputs to management to contribute to organizational policies and guidelines
  • Ensure execution of results and key results (KRs)
  • Provide technical guidance and support to mid-level and junior analyst teams
  • Ensure connection between clients and partners
  • Promote closer engagement between Sebrae RS and strategic partners in the municipalities
  • Build mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Establish strategic partnerships with public and private entities
  • Act as Sebrae RS representative in forums, events and high-level meetings
  • Enable execution of the strategies defined for the territory
  • Strengthen the approach to working with municipal governance bodies
  • Encourage leadership and protagonism among local stakeholders
  • Identify points of connection between priority axes and execute cross-cutting strategies
  • Propose, coordinate and monitor actions
  • Provide specialized consultancy and technical guidance to public-sector partners
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Sebrae RS projects and programs
  • Prepare and present reports, studies, strategic plans and results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree: Public Policy, Regional Development, Business Management, Digital Government, Public Administration, or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA
  • Experience in institutional engagement, relationship management and client prospecting
  • Experience in public policy articulation, education ecosystems or local development
  • Technical management experience of teams or projects
  • Solid knowledge of strategic management tools and methodologies
  • MS Office
  • Broad knowledge of the business environment, public policies and regional development strategies
  • Familiarity with the public sector and government policies related to entrepreneurship and economic development
  • Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH), category B, required
