Responsibilities
Preparing and updating mobility documents (letters, checklists, templates, trackers).
Collecting required documents from employees and stakeholders.
Supporting the approval and signature workflow for assignment letters.
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring the proper progress of each individual case.
Coordinating communication and workflow between HRBPs, managers, Payroll, Travel, and external relocation, immigration, and tax vendors.
Providing employees with clear instructions regarding each step of the mobility process.
Upholding the company’s and HR department’s reputation by ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, delivering high‑quality services to employees, and maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
Carrying out any tasks assigned by the direct manager or leadership, in line with the role’s responsibilities and in adherence to legal requirements.
Requirements
Experience in HR operations/administrative tasks or customer support.
Advanced communication skills in English.
Good knowledge of MS Office and openness to working with Power Automate.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Adaptability and a strong customer‑oriented approach.
