About the role

Responsibilities

  • This role requires a Hybrid schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office.
  • Support the design & execution of the company's strategic planning process
  • Development and execution of key strategic initiatives for the organization
  • Responsible for project management, problem-solving, data analytics, communication and implementation
  • Assist in the development of strategy for initiatives
  • Support leadership in defining organizational strategy across the portfolio of the business
  • Identify new opportunities providing insights and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
  • Work with business owners to manage projects applying the right framework/methodology
  • Develop, communicate and implement solutions to meet the needs of the business
  • Organize and coordinate cross-divisional / cross-departmental activities
  • Facilitate stakeholder acceptance of engagement deliverables
  • Contribute to the development of business and functional strategies through preparation of clear, well-written analysis and materials for strategic planning discussions
  • Work with department management to track status of strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, process improvement, data analysis and reporting, and/or other relevant experience
  • 3 years of experience in Health Care Industry (preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in Consulting (preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
  • Strong quantitative ability with relevant experience
  • Strong project planning and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaborative work style, problem-solving and conceptual thinking
  • Ability to work in a team, to work under stress and to manage tight deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills with MS Suite, with a focus on PowerPoint
  • Analytical and Logical Reasoning/Thinking
