- Support the design & execution of the company's strategic planning process
- Development and execution of key strategic initiatives for the organization
- Responsible for project management, problem-solving, data analytics, communication and implementation
- Assist in the development of strategy for initiatives
- Support leadership in defining organizational strategy across the portfolio of the business
- Identify new opportunities providing insights and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
- Work with business owners to manage projects applying the right framework/methodology
- Develop, communicate and implement solutions to meet the needs of the business
- Organize and coordinate cross-divisional / cross-departmental activities
- Facilitate stakeholder acceptance of engagement deliverables
- Contribute to the development of business and functional strategies through preparation of clear, well-written analysis and materials for strategic planning discussions
- Work with department management to track status of strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, process improvement, data analysis and reporting, and/or other relevant experience
- 3 years of experience in Health Care Industry (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in Consulting (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- Strong quantitative ability with relevant experience
- Strong project planning and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaborative work style, problem-solving and conceptual thinking
- Ability to work in a team, to work under stress and to manage tight deadlines
- Proficient computer skills with MS Suite, with a focus on PowerPoint
