- Extensive insurance product expertise, especially in contractual pension and traditional insurance, with a solid understanding of how evolving customer expectations influence services and offerings
- Strong change‑driving capabilities, confident in leading both strategic and operational product initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in Swedish and comfortable conducting meetings and producing documentation in English
