Requirements
- 2–3 years in a product‑related or ETF‑focused role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field
- Progress toward CFA preferred
- Experience with Python or SQL
- Familiarity with structured datasets
- Experience with AI tools
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; VBA preferred
- Ability to automate analyses and manage large datasets
- Understanding of regulatory considerations
- Knowledge of data sources such as Morningstar and Bloomberg
