About the role

  • Product Specialist managing pricing strategy and product data in the German market. Supporting sales teams and executing marketing initiatives in the outdoor solutions industry.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and implement the pricing strategy for the German market
  • Manage product data across all sales channels
  • Define, manage and track promotional campaigns
  • Develop appropriate measures, based on GfK results, to boost sales activities
  • Support the Sales / Pro-Sales team by developing compelling sales stories for end customers and through additional initiatives to increase sell-through
  • Support the planning, organization and execution of trade shows and events
  • Design, organize and deliver sales training for employees and trade partners

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in product management or a comparable role
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Experience conducting training sessions and presentations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High initiative, strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally experience with CRM and ERP systems
