Responsibilities
Planning, steering, leading, and developing the compensation team, with a strong focus on performance, engagement, and capability building
Ensuring global compensation processes are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with Group policies and governance
Acting as the main point of contact between the Vilnius compensation unit and the Group Compensation team
Driving continuous improvement by standardizing processes, increasing automation, and identifying efficiency opportunities
Participating in change initiatives and establishing a proactive efficient way of working
Requirements
3–5 years of managerial experience
Knowledge of compensation and benefits processes, including job architecture
Strong project management skills and a thorough understanding of agile ways of working
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
Proactive mindset, taking initiative and ownership for delivery and outcomes
Analytical skills and knowledge to handle complex information
Great communication skills and fluency in English
