About the role
- HR Delivery Specialist part of SEB Workforce Administration team handling employee life cycle tasks. Collaborating in a dynamic environment focused on HR operations and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Execute regular and daily HR operations within a specific area, adhering to work instructions and updating them as needed
- Follow up on daily cases in the case management system
- Perform activities according to set guidelines, ensuring accurate internal and external reporting and statistics
- Provide input and support across various projects and initiatives
- Contribute to operational process improvements and test new tools in collaboration with IT
- Escalate unresolved requests and issues appropriately
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to handle requests professionally and maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders.
