About the role

  • Personnel Administration Specialist providing HR services across employee lifecycle at SD Worx. Preparing documentation, collaborating with teams, and supporting client HR needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provides personnel administration services for assigned clients throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Prepares personnel documents (employment contracts, addenda, decisions, certificates, etc.) based on client requests.
  • Delivers personnel documents to clients and provides clear guidance regarding their implementation.
  • Enters and updates employee data in statutory employee registers and HR systems (e.g. REGES ONLINE), based strictly on information received from clients.
  • Prepares and delivers periodic reports for clients (e.g. employment contracts nearing expiration, contractual changes, suspensions).
  • Provides legislative support to clients within the scope of personnel administration, in line with current labor legislation.
  • Drafts and communicates legislative updates and client notifications regarding new legal requirements relevant to HR administration.
  • Collaborates with internal teams (Payroll, HR, Legal) to ensure accurate and consistent delivery of outsourced HR services.
  • Contributes to the standardization and continuous improvement of internal HR administration processes within the BPO environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in personnel administration across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Ability to prepare and process HR documentation (contracts, addenda, certificates).
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems and statutory registers.
  • Good understanding of labor law and ability to apply legislative updates in practice.
  • Strong communication skills for guiding clients on HR procedures and legal requirements.
  • Ability to prepare periodic HR reports and summaries for clients.
  • Experience collaborating with Payroll, HR, and Legal teams in a service‑delivery environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to process standardization and continuous improvement.
