About the role

  • Sales Manager leading a team of Account Executives to close Enterprise accounts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build repeatable sales excellence at Scribe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for closing Enterprise accounts with moderate deal velocity
  • Manage a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives operating in complex Enterprise environments
  • Drive strong execution across the funnel, tightening forecasting accuracy, and building repeatable sales excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Enablement, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Recruiting

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing Account Executives
  • Successfully led teams selling into large Mid-Market accounts OR Enterprise accounts (1,000–5,000+ employees)
  • Experience coaching Account Executives closing $50K–$100K ARR deals with ~90-day sales cycles
  • Highly skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and deal inspection
  • Hands-on, and embedded in teams and active cycles (customer first mindset)
  • Comfortable driving performance through structured coaching, enablement, and training
  • Successful sales leader at a high growth start up
