Responsibilities

  • Responsible for payroll processing for a defined group of employees
  • Advise managers and employees on payroll and social security matters
  • Prepare HR reports and personnel statistics
  • Support audits by tax authorities and social security agencies
  • Participate in projects and specialized HR topics
  • Perform general administrative tasks within the payroll team
  • Capture and process payroll-relevant data and maintain digital personnel files
  • Optimize existing HR processes
  • Collaborate with HR partners and other administrative departments
  • Liaise with authorities and social security institutions

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (ideally as a certified personnel specialist/HR clerk, social security clerk, or tax clerk)
  • Several years of professional experience in HR administration and payroll processing
  • Proficiency with common MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of labor law, payroll tax, and social security regulations
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Independent and reliable working style
  • Conscientiousness, integrity, and strong organizational skills
