Responsibilities
Independently perform payroll processing, including all related pre- and post-payroll activities for a defined group of employees
Execute correction runs as required
Handle all administrative tasks within payroll accounting, including issuing certificates, maintaining personnel files, correspondence, and preparing statistics and reports
Serve as point of contact for industrial employees on all HR-related matters
Maintain master data and record and update absence information
Manage all formalities for the hiring and exit of interns
Carry out monthly and year-end closing tasks
Administer company pension schemes for all employees
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification — ideally with a focus on human resources
Initial experience in payroll processing and knowledge of German tax, employment, and social security law is desirable but not mandatory
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital tools and HR systems (e.g., Hansalog)
Accurate, reliable, and structured working style
Outgoing, service-oriented personality with enjoyment of teamwork and interaction with employees and external partners
High level of discretion and a good sense for handling confidential information
