About the role

  • Sales Representative focusing on customer development, acquisition, and market observation in the heating and plumbing industry. Managing client relationships and sales strategies in specified regions of Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Support, advise and develop customers in the skilled trades, specialist wholesalers, as well as architects and technical planners
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Implement the sales strategy in the assigned sales region (90, 91, 92, 95, 96 and 97)
  • Take responsibility for sales/revenue in the assigned territory
  • Independently plan routes and conduct customer visits
  • Monitor market developments and competitors
  • Prepare quotes and process orders
  • Customer- and team-oriented collaboration with internal departments

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally in the heating and plumbing sector, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Experience in advising and selling within the heating and plumbing industry
  • Self-reliant, independent and team-oriented working style
  • Confident and friendly manner when dealing with customers and suppliers, with a strong service orientation
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
  • High level of motivation and result orientation, combined with good time management
  • Valid car driving license
