Responsibilities
Personal and professional customer advice for the sales area of industrial packaging and for the service area handling the return of industrial packaging (recycling)
Identification of potential customers and development of new business relationships within the defined postal code area
Acquisition of new suppliers of used packaging (IBC, drums, canisters)
Technical consultation and presentation of products and service offerings at the customer's site
Responsible coordination of the processing and response to customer complaints
Support with customer-specific administration
Participation in the planning of sales targets for the assigned postal code area
Collaboration with internal sales, field colleagues, other specialist departments and sales management
Preparation of statistics and reports for sales management
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training, a completed commercial degree or equivalent qualification
Ideally, sales experience in an industrial environment
Technical understanding for products that require explanation
Resilience, strong communication skills, reliability, self-motivation and initiative
Good command of English, both written and spoken
MS Office and SAP / CRM / BW knowledge would be desirable
